1. Agreement

The fact for the customer to place an order, is in itself acceptance of all of our conditions of sale set out below.

2. Delivery times

All delivery and performance times specified are always indicative and will be respected by us as far as possible. Exceeding these deadlines does not in any way give right to compensation or penalty. The customer will also not have the right to cancel the order, or to refuse the receipt of the goods or the execution of the payment.

3. Force majeure

Orders are fulfilled as soon as possible depending on available stocks and processing and production options.

The availability of the products is mentioned on the information sheets of each one.

If we are prevented from fulfilling our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, we have the option of suspending the order by informing the customer.

In addition, we may unilaterally cancel orders if incorrect prices have been displayed.

All buyers who have a problem with an online purchase can submit their complaint through this platform.

4. Payment

We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer. In the case of an order by transfer, the order processing process is launched once the transfer has been received, if the transfer is not received after 72 hours, the order will be cancelled.

5. Retention of title

All our sales and deliveries are always subject to the condition precedent of full payment and we expressly reserve the right of ownership of the goods delivered until full payment of the price.

6. Warranty

Our warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of parts or equipment delivered by DOREMI recognized as defective by our technicians.

The presentation of the delivery note or the purchase invoice is mandatory for any claim.

The prices retained are those of the tariff in force on the day of the order, any price variation after the establishment of the order cannot have any effect on it.

Any warranty claim lapses:

• In case of misuse, abuse or use that deviates from the product instructions.
• In the event of lack of supervision or maintenance, humidity, corrosion, dirt and other external causes.
• In the event of non-compliance with payment obligations to us. We will also never be obliged to compensate for consequential damages, nor operating damages or loss of profit, nor compensation for damages or losses suffered by third parties.

1. Disputes

Any dispute is subject to Moroccan law. In case of dispute, only the courts of the judicial district are competent. If you nevertheless wish to pursue your dispute, we are willing to participate in the dispute resolution procedure.
